Do you make these products locally?
Yes, all products listed are made here locally in our shop in southeast Alabama.
What is your product lead time?
We do not stock finished products, only the raw materials needed to make them. Each product is made upon order with the current lead time running about 3 business days from the time of order.
Do you make custom products?
Yes, since every product we sell is made upon order we can customize our standard products to suit your specific needs or build you something completely custom from scratch.
Do you do any colors other than black or clear?
We can get acrylic in around 32 different colors. We, and our direct suppliers, only stock clear and black so other colors would be special order with significant additions to cost and lead time.
I want to modify a kit I purchased from you, can that be done?
Our sump kits are made from cast acrylic which is very easy to modify with hand or power tools. Please be aware that any modification to the kit during the warranty period will void the warranty.
My tank isn't listed in your sump kit or divider options. Can you make one that fits?
Yes, please download our measurement sheets for sump kits or dividers. For dividers please provide all the dimensions listed on the sheet. For sump kits, dimensions A-F, J & K will cover 99% of the kits we make.
Do you offer bulk, military or any other discounts?
No. We make each item upon order and we run 12+ hours a day 7 days a week to keep up. Each order is essentially one item in one long continuous bulk order. Operating this way allows us to provide the best possible prices to all customers.
